Adam Babale

Mr. Babale is an economist with significant experience in public financial management, including technical analysis, especially in the areas of public policy, policy process, social policy, domestic revenue mobilization and utilization, and monitoring and evaluation of policy implementation. Mr. Babale has worked in various government departments including the Office of the President of the Republic of Uganda.  Mr. Babale now heads a technical team that provides advice to Government on the financing of local governments in Uganda.
