Mr. Emmanuel Djima ZOSSOU is a computer and telecommunications engineer. He has extensive experience in public administration in Benin, where he has held senior positions of responsibility. During his professional career, he has developed innovative solutions relating to telecommunications, which are still being implemented today. He is the elected Mayor of the city of Porto-Novo, the capital of Benin, since 2015.
