Mr. Inohana has entered the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications since 2002. He has also previously worked for the Miyazaki City as General Manager, professor of the Local Autonomy College, Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications Regional Self-support Promotion Division, Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications Fire and Disaster Management Agency Regional Disaster Management Office, and Hokkaido Prefecture Bureau of Financial Administration as Finance Division Director. He has been in current position since 2019.
