Nan Zhang

Nan Zhang is a Policy and Research Consultant at UN Capital Development Fund (UNCDF), supporting global projects in municipal finance, urban infrastructure and climate change adaptation, etc. Prior to UNCDF, she consulted for projects including food security M&E in Senegal, business strategy for a Guatemala-based social enterprise, empowerment of youth affected by HIV/AIDS in Rwanda, advocacy campaigns and donor management at UN Women and urban development in China. She is a Global Shaper at World Economic Forum. She holds a Master of Public Administration from New York University.
