After 14 years of leading provincial projects in various sectors (Integrated Conservation and Development, Public Health, Development), Ms. Manantsara has held various positions in senior public administration since 2007: Regional Head, Director General of Decentralization, General Coordinator of the National Office for Consultation on Decentralization. She has contributed to the establishment and operationalization of national mechanisms for the implementation of Decentralization in Madagascar: the Local Development Fund (LDF), the National Institute for Decentralization and Local Development (INDDL), and the National Office for Consultation on Decentralization (ONCD). She led the study on the state of local finance in Madagascar, followed by the organization of the International Symposium on Local Finance in Sub-Saharan French-speaking African countries in October 2017.
