Ms. Chumisa Thengwa is a Professional Natural Scientist with a Masters in Environmental Management and 16 years experience in the environmental regulatory field. Eleven of those years have been spent in local government working for eThewini Municipality. During this time, Ms Thengwa oversaw the development of an integrated implementation plan for the 10 theme Durban Climate Change Strategy, the City’s long term climate change response.
