Anibal Gaviria was Governor of Antioquia 2004-2007. Recognized as the best governor in the country. Then he was Mayor of Medellín (2012-2015) and was awarded as the best mayor in the country in the capital cities category.
Gaviria studied business administration at EAFIT University, and he later studied at Harvard Extension School.
