Gustavo Quintero is the High Commissioner of the Mayor's Office of Bogotá for the Rights of Victims, Peace and Reconciliation. He obtained a degree in Governance and International Relations of the Externado University of Colombia. He is specialized in Local and Regional Development of the University of Los Andes. Moreover he holds Master’s degrees in Interdisciplinary Development Studies and International Commerce, and a Master in Public Management and Government of the London School of Economics and Political Science. He has more than 10 years of work experience in issues related to public policies, institutional reform, public innovation, social research and social policy. Mr. Quintero has worked with the World Bank, the National Planning Department, the Ministry of National Defense of the Republic of Colombia and the United Nations Development Program - UNDP. Additionally, he has held different positions in the private sector.
